The Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter National Bar Association (VHFCNBA) will be honored to host a Judicial Reception in honor of the Latimer-Hawkins Florida Judicial Council on Friday, November 17, 2023 in conjunction with the Judicial Council‘s Annual Meeting and VHFCNBA’s Second Quarterly Meeting. The reception will be held in the atrium of Florida A&M University College of Law (201 FAMU Law Lane, Orlando, FL 32801) from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
The Latimer-Hawkins Judicial Council was founded in 2001 and serves as the judicial arm of VHFCNBA. The Council consists of the Black judiciary of the state of Florida and maintains a “commitment to the improvement of the law, the legal system and the administration of justice.” Black judges make up less than 5% of Florida’s judiciary, and this reception provides us all an opportunity to thank them for their part in diversifying our courtrooms.

TITLE SPONSOR - $2,500 (EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY)

Sponsor may set up an individual exhibit table during the reception.

PLATINUM SPONSOR - $1,000
Reservations for ten (10) guests.
Verbal recognition during the reception.
Logo recognition as platinum sponsor on event signage.

Promotional materials may be placed on shared platinum sponsor table(s).
GOLD SPONSOR - $750
Reservations for seven (7) guests.

SILVER SPONSOR - $500
Reservations for four (4) guests.
